t999k Terms and Conditions

This document is a legal agreement between t999k ("Platform", "we", "our") and every user of the t999k website ("Member", "you"). t999k is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment services.

The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• Platform: The t999k website, mobile site, and all services connected to it.
• Member / User: A person who has registered on t999k and has an active account.
• Wallet: The internal balance linked to each member's account.
• Bonus: Any additional amount or benefit granted by the platform.
• Wagering Requirement: The amount of betting that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Applicable Law: The laws of the country under which the user is accessing t999k.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household, same device, or same IP address may also be treated as a violation of the single account policy.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, and other details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. t999k reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Verification

t999k may request documents at any time to verify your identity, confirm your age, or validate your payment method. If the required documents are not provided in time, some or all services on the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify t999k support immediately. Prompt reporting allows us to take the necessary action. The platform will not be responsible for losses resulting from delayed reporting.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

t999k accepts deposits through Bangladesh's major mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however a verification process may apply for large deposit amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed for accounts that are undergoing verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met.
• An active account cannot have more than one pending withdrawal at the same time.
• t999k may suspend a withdrawal and investigate if a transaction appears suspicious.
• If the payment details provided at the time of withdrawal are incorrect, the transaction will fail and t999k will not be held responsible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on certain games or betting categories — conditions apply.
• Members have the right to decline a bonus.
• If you attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Strategic betting to take advantage of bonuses (betting on both sides) is prohibited.
• Promotional terms may change and will be stated separately on the relevant page.

5.4 VIP Program

t999k's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback increases progressively at each tier: starting from Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier. Detailed terms for each VIP tier can be found on the relevant page.

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on t999k are considered final unless a clear technical error is proven. A bet will only be accepted if the balance is sufficient before the bet is confirmed. If the balance is insufficient, the bet will be cancelled.

6.2 Game and Event Cancellation

If a game or sporting event is cancelled, t999k will settle bets according to the applicable rules. In general, the stake for a cancelled event's bet is returned to the member's wallet. Partial settlement may apply in some cases.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software error or disconnection causes an abnormal result in a game, t999k reserves the right to review the outcome of that round and cancel it if necessary. In such situations, the original stake placed by the member will be returned.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and the account will be permanently closed in the event of a violation:

• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account in a third party's name.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Artificial or strategic betting to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unfair advantages in the platform's software or games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other members to play games.
• Claiming to be an officer, employee, or representative of t999k.
• Using offensive, harassing, or abusive language on the platform.

t999k takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to practice the following:

• A security risk or technical issue arising on the account.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

10.2 Process Following Suspension

In the event of an account suspension, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal. Account reinstatement may be possible after a valid appeal is considered. In the case of permanent closure, the remaining balance after deducting any irregular amounts will be returned to the member.

t999k makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, the platform will not be liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of a third-party service.
• Data theft or loss due to a security vulnerability on the member's own device.
• Service interruption due to an unexpected natural disaster or government directive.
• Loss resulting from a member sharing their own login details with a third party.
• Financial loss arising from betting decisions — gaming always carries risk.

t999k will never be passive in stopping technical issues or fraudulent activity. We will take swift action when any problem is reported.

t999k reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
